    Step 1

    干锅放入松子,用小火炒至浅黄色待用。Put pine nuts in a dry pan, fry over low heat until light yellow and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热锅加入1大匙油,加入姜碎炒香加入素火腿、冬菇、红萝卜和调味料拌炒。Heat up a wok, add 1 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger fry until fragrant. Add vegetarian ham, mushrooms, carrots and seasonings and stir fry.

    Step 3

    加入甜豆和饭一起拌炒均匀,浇上麻油即可盛饭,最后放入松子仁即可享用。Add snow peas and rice, stir-fry evenly, pour some sesame oil, add in pine nuts lastly and enjoy.
